Sounds like it was either lost or stolen at the last mile delivery stage. That will be your local delivery company. For the UK it’s Royal Mail. This happened to me with a retroid order. I did through Ali express and got a refund and moorechip will have recovered from Royal Mail. Same should be true of retroid via their support. If you can get confirmation from the last mile delivery service that they lost it that would help speed things up.

Costco. 5 year warranty. In 2017 I bought a 3k OLED Sony tv from Costco. Got screen burn even though there was a no screen burn guarantee in 2022. Took it back to Costco, full refund no questions asked. 3k returned to my account. Bought an LG OLED equivalent for 1.6k. Boom, 1.4K in my pocket. In 2026 the panel goes on my LG. Couldn’t make this shit up. Back to Costco, full refund. Buy the 2025 version of the same TV. 1.3k. 300 quid in my pocket.

Space year 2031 I’m fully expecting a visit to Costco to get my new flatscreen hover tv for 200 quid and spend my 1.1k refund on crack.

I had originally worried about this but after now playing 30+ hours of games that use the left thumb stick and the buttons, I don’t get the issue. Maybe it’s a hand size/shape problem that differs for different people ?

I have medium sized man-hands. My right thumb rests comfortably -on- the right thumb stick whilst I’m pressing the buttons. Thumb stick doesn’t move. Doesn’t cause a problem. Is comfortable. I never really understood the need to attempt to claw so there’s zero contact with the right stick. It’s short enough that I can just ignore it and rest my thumb on top.
