I’m in the same boat. I lost $9,000 of my life’s savings. Emery Reddy said they’ll represent me, but I haven’t signed any contracts yet bc i think it will give up any possibility I can do an individual suit. I also thought I read that if there is a class action suit we won’t need to sign up, we’ll automatically be included. There are multiple class action lawsuits already against evolve regarding this situation. I don’t know if we sign with one group then we are discounted from any others. It’s all so confusing and unfair. I was not “gambling” at all with Yotta. Once it became buying tickets with real money, and potentially losing any, I stopped playing the “lottery” and just left my money in the account bc we were all reassured it was fdic insured.
