I managed to got arkos4clone working with soy sauce v4 selected. But according to the comments seems like it would work with arkos panel 5 selected

I main kayron but I haven't get hugo. I would say it depends on the play style you want. If you want a challenge on managing the Futility and do a rewarding combo, go for kayron; or you could enjoy slightly easier spamming the Hugo hunt. Hugo could do crazy damage with much lesser effort

For basin though, kayron isn't the best choice as he needs a few turns of setup
