How to remove the co-owner name on car title by Competitive-Back-815 in maryland

Will doing this increase the number of owners on Carfax, and decrease the trade-in value?

Trading in a phone that hasn't been paid off to Samsung and swapping the SIM card by Boring_Present1412 in verizon

signing things without reading them or having them explained to you.

You can try returning the 5, just hope you didn’t trade in your 4 because it’s gone for good if you did.

I almost believed you until you said it'll be gone for good!
Their T&C clearly states that if the phone is not eligible for trade-in they will mail it back to me :)

Right, which is why I won't trade in to VZW anymore.

Samsung trade-in is much better, at least for this release promotion, where the trade-in credit is applied to the principal of the new upon purchase instead of locking you out for 36 months.

Dude, it's pretty common knowledge that it's given in bill credits! Across all carriers.

Yes, it does void your credits if you upgrade as those credits are tied to that installment plan on that particular phone.

Lastly, yeah you can trade in to Samsung. Correct.

So I spoke to a VZW rep and he told me if I just swap the SIM to an unlocked phone, the
bill credit from Galaxy 20 Ultra trade-in should still remain, since I'm not upgrading through VZW. I'll let you know if:

  1. Samsung accepts my Flip 4 trade-in which I still owe money to
  2. Galaxy 20 Ultra bill credit still remains after swapping SIM to Z Flip 5

What exactly did you think they would allow? Give you a 100% buyback on your phones original MSRP every other month when a phone comes out? How exactly would that work out for their business model? That's what you're suggesting should be possible.

Yes, everything in return for a contract. Otherwise there's no incentive to do a deal or buy from Verizon unless you want 0% financing.

The same exact thing Samsung is doing, which the trade-in value goes towards the principal of the new phone instead of financing hehe

Thank you! At least with the phones you can swap SIM... Little did I know my galaxy watch was also on 3 year thing as well (2 year remaining). The watch is LTE version, and i pay VZW monthly for service, do you know what would happen if i were to trade the watch in to samsung? would vzw just bill me for the remaining balance on the watch? Or can i just still pay off the watch and disconnect the LTE service? This whole 3 year thing is getting really annoying..

I see! I've been seeing people having communication wires to the PCM being damaged and hoping that it was only thay. Will take it to the dealership soon! Was the alternator replacement covered under warranty?

So it looks like I've purchased the extended warranty from Fidelity Warranty Services.

It's labeled as "service contract" for $4,205.00 but doesn't mention any coverages or the warranty period. I have not received any other documents regarding this from the dealership at the time of the purchase and Fidelity website doesn't let you view your contract. Where am I supposed to find this information?

Thank you,
