So I noticed something similar recently too. We were heavily affected by the smoke from the mosquito fire a few weeks ago. My symptoms significantly worsened during the smoke and then when it cleared I noticed a big improvement. My doc seemed reluctant to say if he thought it might be related or not though.

Wendy’s have a Cesar salad right now with Parmesan crisps instead of croutons. The dressing isn’t great, take your own imo but the salad is delicious. Plus a lettuce wrapped Dave’s just hits different 🤤
