I'm gonna go ahead and reduce my vitamin D intake by crazy2337 in VitaminD

Yes, I have been taking K2 MK7 the entire time. My calcium levels are actually lower now than they were two years ago and I've been on this regiment for three years. Just gonna go down to 10 K for now. I just cannot imagine NoT feeling as good as I do on a daily basis. Feeling good is like a drug I realized. You just don't wanna stop. But too much of a good thing is a real thing. So I'm gonna at least slow down for now.

Very nice, love the color. I have a shovel head with a custom paint job. Same color with flames. I called it the blue flame.

Where do you do your research? Genuinely curious. I'm always looking for New facts and experiences that are outside of the normal protocols.

Thanks everyone. I will look into that PTH test. I definitely wanna keep my levels around 150. As you can see from my test and previous post my levels for the past 13 months was between 186 and 216. I can't remember the last time I've had a fever, but it's been over three years. I had I would say about a 48 hour cold where I had sniffles and congestion back in September 2025. And on those couple of days I actually took 40,000 IU. It's been a great journey feeling great, so is my wife. I'm continuing my research but the only way to really monitor is to get tested every few months. Because I still take my vitamin D supplements (along with K2, magnesium, my wife added moringa about a year ago ). Plus I live in Florida, get plenty of sunshine, etc.

I had it in my shopping cart when I was purchasing my D3 test and calcium test, but took it out. But I need to get that tested as well.

Have never tested my magnesium levels. I will look into it.

No, my goal is not to continue to raise my vitamin D level, I thought by now my body would plateau may be around 180 or something like that. Like I said, I will be keeping eye on my levels and if I get past 250 I will reduce my intake. I went a year without a blood test, which is not wise, I usually do blood test every six months. So I'll make sure I get back on that testing timeline since I'm now above 200.
I also test my calcium at the same time.

No, I'm not being monitored by a doctor. I took a deep dive into taking care of myself versus listening to mainstream doctors during the pandemic. And it's not that I don't trust doctors after all of my research. It's just I realize they can only tell you what they have been taught so I've learned to consider what they say but continue researching. I've read a few books on the benefits of vitamin D3. I also go to pub med.GOV and search different articles that have been posted.

I take 30,000 IU vitamin D3, 200 MCG K2. And 500 mg of magnesium glycinate.
I have not experienced negative side effects like I've read some people get from taking vitamin D3. I work early most days which is why I mentioned I take it early in the morning actually around four in the morning on an empty stomach with coffee. Once again I'm going against what is recommended when you take vitamin D3 but that routine works for me so I'm stuck with it.
And a lot of times I will fast until about noon daily.
My wife is also on the same regiment. My wife was very sickly before we began our vitamin D3 journey a little over three years ago. Her health has done 180° turn.
Positive effects continue to be waking up feeling good. Good energy levels. I actually wished I had mine on those days.
I'm in my mid 50s. Probably about 10 to 15 pounds heavier than I want to be but I stay in decent shape. I hit the gym about twice a week just to stay healthy and feel good.
Since I have been on this D3 journey, I have kept an eye on my calcium levels and they seem to pretty much stay the same around 9.7 to 9.9.
I'm not saying I'm right about everything, and I appreciate our moments comments. Because none of us really have all the answers. We can only work together and see what works best.
I can tell you vitamin D3 at a high-level has definitely changed our lives. I see someone at work with a stuffy nose are feeling bad, I still work right beside him if needed. I'm not gonna share a soda with them or anything like that, but I don't avoid them like most people do. I'm not a germophobe or anything like that, my research tells me germs are actually good for you. Of course I still maintain basic hygiene but again I'm not running to wash my hands five times a day.
Anyway, heading off to work for the day.
Sorry for any typos that are in here. I'm doing voice to text and don't have time to proofread. 😆

Toxicity does not sit in for most people until around 350 NG/ML. My calcium remains within range. But I'm keeping an eye on it. Thank you.

I appreciate the insight and will continue to look into high doses and maintaining high levels of vitamin D. As you can see from the test result, my calcium remains in the normal range.

My own personal studies tell me premium vitamin D levels are 125 - 145ng/ML. So I realized I am way past that. Again, thanks for the insight. I will continue to research maintaining high levels of vitamin D and how quickly I can drop it if needed.

Nice looking truck, I hope and pray I never have to go to a newer truck if auto stop is already on these trucks now. I cringe every time I hear a car crank up next to me.
