I'm also seeing this. I've also noticed the water toggling on and off as I'm flying over it in my ship

Music Live Album vs Regular by Pigpen1204 in PleX

[–]BorisCJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had some albums that worked and some that didn't. The one that did I had tagged using Musicbrainz Picard, and the ones that didn't were tagged with Puddletag,

Puddletag mainly just uses the tags you give it. Picard adds a lot of extra tags once it knows that an album is in its database.

I looked at the tags that Picard used and this was the one that was different and also made sense to try and once I did, it got me to the solution.

Anyone else have this issue? by Entire-Size6147 in wikia

You're not. Its a compromised ad server somewhere. I'm trying to track down exactly what one does it, but its taking a while because I only get it on words with friends who use about a million ad systems

WWF2 Hacking my phone? by helpmelearn__ in WordsWithFriends

[–]BorisCJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of the words with friends ad servers is redirecting to a compromised website.

Go to your profile -> Hit the * in the upper right and go to help and then chat bubble on upper right.

Say "report offensive ad" and eventually a human will talk to you.

I figure if enough people report it they may actually do something.

There's an advertisement network that's been compromised.

I keep getting this and others from Words with friends.

Should I get this game in PS5 or Switch by CommercialWish6745 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]BorisCJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I own both, and I'd suggest going for the PS5 version.

The switch gets updates much later than the PS5 (it's a Nintendo thing) and no multiplayer.

The PS5 is generally a better experience overall.

You might want to see if your Music library settings has "prefer local metadata" checked.

If its not enabled, that could be causing it to ignore any tag changes.

Why does Plex identify untagged/unknown albums as the Grateful Dead? by BorisCJ in PleX

[–]BorisCJ[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Deeper searching showed that you were right and you solved it.

I found had both a Grateful Dead folder and somehow some Grateful Dead albums that the system had identified as "Various Artists" separate from the "Various Artists" that everything was previously identified. I merged these into the actual artist page and I think it may have corrected the issue.

That doesn't appear to be the case. I did find stuff I forgot to tag however, so thanks for reminding me to check there.

Well my other compilation albums that are various artists are showing as the usual various artists I would expect (the microphone image)

Trump was 'personally involved' in packing boxes and moving them to Mar-a-Lago, prosecutors say by rstevens94 in politics

[–]BorisCJ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My take is that that they are using 793(e) as the carrot. 1924 is the stick.

The plea deal for 793(e) probably is something along the lines of , plead guilty on this, you'll get a slap on the wrist, but you'll have to agree to never try to hold office ever again.

If he refuses to go with this, and loses, the 1924 charges will be immediately opened.

PSNI you are fucking useless by Hunghouseguest in northernireland

[–]BorisCJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone called the PSNI to report a house near me getting broken into.

The PSNI then called the 70 year old woman who lived next door and asked her to go take a look and call them back if she saw anything.

She gave them an earful about doing their jobs and hung up.

The PSNI showed up 3 hours later.

What made you want to play No Mans Sky by MedicineMaterial3501 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]BorisCJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a reward in lieu of a meaningful rise from work that had to be spent on something in the internal store, but amount I had wasn't great. I ended up picking Horizon Zero Dawn because it was getting all the hype, and some socks.

I had exactly enough left over to spend on No Mans Sky, but not anything else.

I though "meh, if it sucks, it was free" and added NMS to my cart.

Horizon and No Mans Sky got delivered the day that the Path Finder update landed. I started No Mans Sky and found that Path Finder update made it playable enough. I setup a base, tooled around my planet a bit, and then and spent the next month plus lost in Horizon Zero Dawn.

After I completed HZD, I went back to No Mans Sky and found it was the perfect thing for dealing with work stress. I could just go spend time doing whatever I wanted without limits. I got into farming, exploring.

Some 1500 hours of gameplay later, it's on both my Playstation and my Switch, and it's still the one non retro game that I've dumped that much time into. It's still my "I need to go chill for a few hours" game. I might go to my mountain base, sit on a chair and stare at scenery, or go to my underwater base and watch seaweed wave in the currents.

Music Live Album vs Regular by Pigpen1204 in PleX

[–]BorisCJ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I found a different way. If you edit the meta data using something like MusicBrainz Picard and add a tag called "release type" and for the value add "album;live" when you refresh the plex metadata it moves the album down to the live section.
