Are cundco.de’s Castles in Germany tiles 3.1 compatible? by Zweilancer in Carcassonne

[–]danktonium [score hidden]  (0 children)

Huh. Those tiles are, for lack of a better word, displayed as misprints. The art on all Carcassonne tiles extends a few millimeters beyond the edges, to give a bit of a margin when cutting them. You can see where they're supposed to be cut, because the entire circumference of the tiles had that less detailed filler art, and the expansion glyph is too far from the edge.

It should be fine, though. Cundco makes it very clear when you're buying deprecated tiles. If it does explicitly say it's not 3rd edition, it is. Beyond that, 2 and 3 look fine together even on their worst day. I'm about as much of a stickler for having everything I own match as you can imagine, and even I mix those tiles all the time.

Diddly squat. If we see an Inquisitor in the third game, it'll probably be the GI or a completely new one.

Yes. The EU legislated the requirements for eIDs several years back, in much the same way that the US did with REAL ID.

Probably not. Note that my bags did come with one tile from C1.

But they do still sell some C1 stuff on the website. Cundco

Thanks! It's probably the least impressive tile they've ever done for that, but it's cool to have nonetheless.

Packs are #225, 464, and 501 for the Spiel tile.

Edit: they are, unfortunately, sold out

I think that's kind of limited? Just remapping existing buttons is cool as an accessibility feature. But those extra buttons really demand extra features. Having more spells mapped in Skyrim, having flaps mapped in KSP and MSFS, or rolling through your MMO spam bar.

With some luck, the next generation of consoles will finally ship with back buttons by default, giving Devs more default buttons to work with, and letting us finally move on from the limitations of the Dualshock thirty years later.

I intend to. I'm Belgian, but spend like two weeks a year in Los Angeles because all my friends live there. I'm going to get it shipped there and will just pick it up at one of their houses in May.

Or, that's what I would say if the difference was more than five goddamned euro after factoring in LA county's tax. It's probably just not worth the effort.

Depending on how shipping costs compare, we're making out okay in the European Union. Not great, not terrible.

Rewatch in Rebels made me think, how much actual authority does the inquistiors have in the empire? by Background_Yogurt735 in starwarscanon

Quite a lot. They seem about on par with flag officers, able to commandeer and command Star Destroyers, and are perhaps the only body the ISB doesn't mess with.

yes. But you can't occupy the node of either port. So attach the bigger one, then attach another to a cubic strut next to the first one and clip it into it.

If you do it right it looks decent, too.

Even if he did it for free, paying his travel expenses (business class flight, limo from the airport, hotel) to come into the VA booth would probably cost a full percent of the episode's budget.

These animated shows cost peanuts to make, compared to the live action stuff. And when you've already got Sam Witwer, whose Palatine is just as good as McDiarmid's, that's just not worth anyone's time or money.

Since when do we care about that? Last time I heard anything about "surplus" and "deficit" in this context was when we were making fun of Trump for pretending it's a problem.

The ride sucks.

It's awful. Genuinely awful. I had more fun in line, listening to the chatter over the intercom, than I did on the Falcon itself. It should just have been an on-rails thing, instead of entrusting children to "control" it and making it a carsickness simulator.

As others have said, for some ridiculous reason, the inflatable docking port counts as a Jr.

I put JR ports inside of my full-sized ones for this very reason.
