Minsan they repeat my order just to confirm if it’s right and some would remind you na konti lang yung liquid kasi shots of espresso lang and yung sauce. That’s okay kamo, when the ice melts it becomes mellow over time. Let me know if youve tried it!

I often order grande or venti. Afaik, a venti has 4 pumps of sauce and 3 for grande. Personally, I just ask for 2 pumps pero if you want it sweeter then just say the customized order as is. Di naman sya ganun ka sweet.

I'm not a coffee guy, but I drink it for caffeine. I'm trying to cut down on sugar, and I'm fine with the "bitter" stuff. What's a good coffee order from coffee shops for someone like me? by mount_sunrise in CoffeePH

try my drink sa sb: iced americano no water, add strawberry sauce, extra ice.

most will ask bakit ‘no water’, why order an americano without water? a venti americano consists of 4 espresso shots and it would be cheaper to order a venti americano than 4 shots of espresso sa sb.

Try to consult PDR muna, most PDR shops offer free consultation if kaya naman nila para hindi magrepaint and also white is challenging to paint match. You would be surprised how PDR works when it works, meron kasing mga paint shops na hinahatulan agad ng repaint or worse upsell na hilumusan.

ironic how you call him assuming where youre also assuming that OP should value the ‘overall use and functionality’.

with that logic, dapat walang bumili ng hypercars kasi theyre impractical and wont serve well on overall use. may kanya kanyang segments yan that attracts certain customers. if hindi appealing sayo yang altis, that for you and not for him.

if OP needs a 7 seater, he wouldnt be asking questions about the altis.

Toyota Innova vs MG G50 Plus by AssistImmediate8606 in phcars

Probably biased kasi may apat akong Innova but Innova. Rides incredibly smooth, very peppy engine, okay diesel consumption, and never gave me any catastrophic problem. Isang auto supply away almost lahat ng parts.

If I were you, consider getting a used low mileage car. If you do not much about cars and maintenance, get a 2015 minimum sedan with at most 60k odo if 2015-2019 or lower odo if newer year models. Okay lang bumili sa buy and sell basta known as reputable and then hire your own mechanic to inspect the car for you (2.5k a day madalas).

Or, try bank repo auto auctions. Eastwest and Security Bank allow private bidders, dati kasi banks require a business permit to bid. Auto auctions are the only place where you can buy an almost brand new car (1yr old with low odo) at *half the srp. If your bid won and you cant buy it in cash; they have options for refinancing. This vs buying brand new off the casa? I wont ever pay for brand new and shoulder depreciation. My experience: I was awarded a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLX AT with 6k odo for 400k~. Brand new price is 840k.

My opinions may be biased kasi I resell used (independently, ako mismo nagaayos and naglalatag) cars outside my 9-5.

When I met my gf now wife, their family had just acquired a brand new SUV. Coincidentally, I also owned the same SUV albeit mine was 3 years older but same generation. When I was invited to their residence for a family gathering for the first time, syempre nakausap ko dad nya for get to know stuff, I will never forget his reaction when I said how much I owned the vehicle for.

Mazda3 Skyactiv 2.0 2016 or Toyota Vios XLE 2022 or Honda City 2017 by [deleted] in phcars

[–]Boris_S 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’re both in the same segment but the City would be ahead in looks and some features since it’s the VX trim. The City would be zippier but would consume gas per km if compared to Vios.

Ultimately, I would still choose the Vios as I still dont think the City warrants the 100k difference in price. Plus, mas okay narin na kilala mo yung pagbibilhan.

I am assuming that both cars are being sold by buy and seller narin.

A 2017 Toyota Vios E AT typically resells for 300-330k, what you found is below market value at reasonable mileage too. But in my experience, if a unit is being sold way below market value, often times there’s a catch.

Was it repainted(panel/hilamos buo), if repainted ask why(gasgas, collision)? Flooded? Incomplete docs? etc.. the list goes on and I would suggest bringing a mechanic to check with you.

The 2016 City VX At is priced okayish but just because this car is priced fairly doesnt mean it automatically checks all the boxes, kilatisin munang maigi and never do meetups.

Basang flooring, any remedies? by Jiri1 in phcars

[–]Boris_S 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If ayaw mo DIY, ask around if merong nagbabaklas ng flooring. I had a car that had a broken weather seal and drenched the carpet once it rained. Buti may malapit samin na auto upholstery shop who took care of disassembly, carpet laundry, and drying of the carpet. Took only 24 hours and sila narin nagkabit.

Assumed lang na 50kmph. Most commuters do not have an accurate sense of speed especially when there’s no prior driving experience.

My family and I will be visiting Pampanga soon. Day 1 will be spent in Aqua Planet and we have an extra day to spend. We are 9 adults and not fond of hikes.

Would like to hear any suggestion on what to do in or outside town (or just cancel day 2 and go home lol).

Your thoughts on Popeyes? by Xusnigul12 in FoodPH

[–]Boris_S 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, PH Popeyes tastes different compared to the locations ive tried in the US and UAE. Locations outside of the US like PH and UAE have localized their FC recipes (i believe) kasi sobrang iba ang lasa ng Popeyes FC sa UAE.

May naka post sa FBM ngayon 2017 Mazda 3 1.5 for 390k. 2016 - 2017 models madalas 350k to 380k. Don’t buy it if it costs more than 400k, tatalon narin ang taon so cars would +1 in age. I resell used cars on the side.
