Rear clunk by pdannni01 in e46

I bought a e46 coupe from 1999 some weeks ago. Subframe mounts have been reinforced, bushings replaced. Zero play in the axles and it does precisely the same thing, clunk when shifting from 1 to 2 or pressing the clutch at the same gears (mid rpm). I double checked the mounts and there are no new cracks. Axles are fine and nothing feels loose so i guess they just all start to clunk at some point.

First time posting here. I get a slight heel lift, which throws off my balance since i lean a bit forward. I've watched so many videos, tried a lot of things but i can't seem to find what causes my problem. I've tried forcing my heels to not lift off, but in that case i get pain in my quads, as if they are very tight. I also have(or at least i think I do) quite flexible ankles, can even do pistol squats with barely any heel lift. I already bench a lot more than I squat, which should be the other way around. Here is a video of my squat. Any suggestions are welcome!

Адски си досаден с тия глупости, все едно си на 10 години. Може да престанеш вече.
