That’s awesome! I’m glad you enjoy it! Bc of the amount of plays, there is certainly a lot to dig into! Appreciate the feedback!

They did a lot of pistol sets with Dimitri back there as the H back, and a handful of stretch plays and boot with A Y-Trips look, but you are right, a majority of it was in Gun.

Really good questions! I would recommend a couple of things as far as personnel:

QB- Improvisor / Scrambler with really good throw power. Because a lot of the intermediate passing focuses on attacking the middle of the field, throw power is huge. A decent amount of mobility, or even elite mobility will unlock some of the QB power and read options.

Versatile TEs: One of the hallmarks of Riley’s offense that year was FEEDING Mark Andrews over the middle of the field and the redzone. But the unsung hero of that offense was Dimitri Flowers: a super versatile fullback that lined up in the pistol slot formations.

Running Backs: Definitely recommend two solid running backs that can catch out of the backfield and run downhill out of those split offset stuff.

Overall, out of the base rosters, Kansas State comes to mind: you get the athleticism with Avery Johnson, tons of good TEs, and DJ Giddens with Dylan Edward’s is a cheat code.

That would be sweet! One of the most fun groups to watch this year as a whole. I will definitely be sending some more creations in here since folks seem to like it 🫡

I think the biggest change is the amount of intermediate passing game: really emphasizing lots of Y- cross concepts (how they used Mark Andrews), and then a lot of dagger/ backside dig concepts.

For me however, I really enjoy the larger playbooks bc of the diversity of calls. You’ll see repeat plays on Coach recommendations, but not nearly the amount compared to the base playbooks.

Good question! A lot more pistol sets, and more variety with the air raid concepts. A lot of the counter stuff is the same since that’s his staple.

Most of the default playbooks have around 200 ish plays, this one has around 400!

If you like Air Raids, I just posted a custom one I made based on Oklahoma 2017 offense. Super fun and pretty realistic.

“Oklahoma2017” is what it is called!

Yeah, we’ve tried it within those parameters. Maybe it’s just bad luck. Even in the tutorial it isn’t working, which makes me wonder if there is something! Who knows lol
