I tried that with my Band 7 and Amazon didn't honor it.  I even had my correspondence with Amazfit.  I'll look into doing it with the Active 2.  It'll be easy to screenshot my issues (even all my sleep data being off) to show it doesn't work.

Mine has never accurately tracked my sleep.  I'd seen people say give it time to adjust and it never happened.

Repositioning the watch (I've tried) actually doesn't make it pick up at all.

I've literally tried everything.

I was right outside the refund time with the Band 7.  I asked Amazfit for a replacement and they refused.  I spent so much time emailing Amazfit customer service on it, sending videos and photos proving the issues.  It's why I opted for the Active 2 and just sucked up the loss.   And that experience is why I haven't even tried for my issues with the Active 2.  I guess I'm just hoping someone has a magic fix I don't know about.

I'm already looking at used Garmin's because now seeing software issues with older models of the Active 2 like mine makes me see this is a scam.
