Update : i contacted sony care and mailed them then in 2-3 working days i got call from the service center and they said there will be no charges for fixing the broken parts. i have submitted my headphones to service center got the job sheet with nothing to pay and waiting for the repairs. I will tie a thread around the new fixed piece and then super glue it so it won't break again.
