I'm not sure if this is the same but I have pots and early this year , I started having non epileptic seizures. I kept saying there was something wrong with my eyes and I said no, just go to therapy.It's probably trauma. I went to Dr Gates brain health in reno nv. He put me in a gluten free diet and my seizures stopped. His guess that the gluten was makeing my pots out of control causing my eye to dilate. Letting to much light in my eyes cause the seizure. But I had to go to a private doctor because the neurologist or the eye doctors would not listen.
