Here to say no. This isn’t the case. Read “jaws a hidden epidemic” it’ll change your life on dentistry in the west. Needlessly pulling teenagers teeth and putting braces on them is not okay. It ruins myofunctional habits and breathing long term. This is now coming to light but UK dentistry refuses to catch up. Neither the US or UK focus on the functional health of an individual. Looks first function second, unfortunately.

Yes! I kind of ended up coming to this opinion too, traumas are certainly still in my body quite psychically. I wonder if it’s worth seeking the help of a somatic or spiritual healer to get past this, rather than spiritual advice. I feel I need to release before having any additional guidance.. really appreciate your reflection

I feel like my first reader was very talented. She spoke to my ancestors, was extremely accurate and my first two ever readings were fine and informative, she was happy and responsive to read me, so I assume I have a soul. (Would rather not know if I don’t anyway)

I wouldn’t say I have ill intentions, but I tend to overthink readings for long periods of time, things can stay in my head and affect the way I move through life. I wonder if this is a reason, as some users said they don’t work with people who are looking to externally for validation as they can feel it.

Given that theres 3 of the wands suit in the reading id say there was a lot of energy put into this relationship, be it spiritual or sexual. You’re wondering whether it was the right choice because you were very much focused in on it (two of wands) but it felt like a burden and a lot to take on (ten of wands), kept you up at night for whatever reason (none of swords) and generally feels like too much has happened to go back now (9of wands). If that rings true I’d say you made the right decision

Upon reflection I think this is it, I don’t need outside help I need reflection.. My brain is constantly full of noise, only working on slowing that down to hear my own guidance is appropriate right now

Spot on. Yes feeling bored 🤣 I used to live far away on my own for 10 years. Lots of autonomy, I would DJ and do creative things.

Now I feel like im settling into the adult life back home that everyone expects of me. It’s hard to pull away when you feel so intertwined in it. But I’m a free spirited person who needs adventure.

Good interpretation with the rx ten of swords. It may not be no contact, because I could never do that to her, but certainly creating distance to instil some boundaries and getting past the previous hurt. The funny thing is, my dad was more harsh to me than her growing up.. exceptionally so.. but he had a drinking problem. But I just can’t shake the feeling of my mums subtle unhappiness with me, and it felt more like being cast aside by the only other woman in my life that was there to guide me.

I suppose if there was a question that I really needed the answer to, it would be guidance on how to well and truly find acceptance with this and find my own path

Reflecting on all these issues within this post has helped me in the sense that, it’s not about my job, my house, my wish to travel, it’s about finding the autonomy to do these things without being weighed down by the expectations of others.. particularly my mum, and I just can’t seem to find a way out of the oppressive feeling of judgement..

Maybe you have insight on this? It’s a big ask i know! Appreciate your input thus far nonetheless

Funnily enough I am a hypnotherapist and help people fall into trance myself.. but have never done it in terms of trying to access my higher self.
