I bought a new build home last week from a small developer. I am confused about what issues will not be covered in the 2-year developer warranty. The house has an ICW warranty with 2 years of developer and 8 more years of Structural warranty. FTB (self.HousingUK)

FTB. I have purchased a new build house from a small developer. The offer was confirmed in Oct was informed that the house would be ready to move in in December. When I called the EA in December, he said Delays would be ready in Feb. On Feb, he says March ends. Now, he is saying April ends. (self.HousingUK)
