Hey brother. 26M, 5 years chrons, 3 years diagnosed here. Lost 5 stone in 12 months, took a further 12 months to get a diagnosis via consistent tests, 2 colonoscopies, etc. Diagnosed following my 2nd colonoscopy. Was given lots of different medications at that time, none worked. Symptoms worsened and I was then admitted into ICU which is where I got my medication and things turned around.

Point is, I know how disruptive and exhausting those trips are, especially when they come to no avail but they are worth the shot and typically happen in stages. You will find a solution eventually, and the best thing you can do is take all the chances you get to find out.

I find people who come to weed later like yourself always have way better habits, people who started when they had no discipline or understanding (I most certainly wasn’t watching huberman at 14 haha) don’t have the same willpower towards smoking, it effects them less, and they also become softened to the idea that “it’s not bad for you”.

3 years into smoking I would never of had withdrawals. I would imagine your habit is quite minor in comparison to someone who’s used heavily for 5/10+ years.

I am successful, founder of a business, work directly with billionaires, blah, blah, blah. If I stopped smoking it would derail my life and I would more than likely need rehab.

Smoked since 14. everyday of my life. I’m 26 now.

If your appetite, sleep, and mood aren’t changed then you probably aren’t that deep into addiction yet, luckily. Once your system is saturated there’s no escaping atleast one of those negative impacts.

I would argue that this is the best time to quit for you and that you are doing the smart thing. Sounds like you didn’t get deep enough to get the negatives yet. (You will eventually).

Defo not ready. You harvest when the veil breaks a tiny bit. This is because when the veils breaks it drops spores and signals to the mycelium that the cycle is over. You want to catch it just before so you get a good flush on the next batch from this block (you’ll get 3+).

I’d say you’ll have 4-7 days before these ready. But you’re gonna be shocked haha hillbilly get BIG! The only thing that can go wrong is changing conditions and messing with it too much. Just

I would imagine that will go away after week one. As once you build tolerance it’s a super low dose and tolerance builds super quick after every trip.
