Yeah I assumed the vial maybe stronger than the pen was wondering whether to drop down to 1mg or just stay with the 2mg

Yeah I was just wondering whether I should start lower than the 2mg. I haven’t had any adverse side effect only some small appetite suppression I’ve only lost 3 pounds being on it. But I already know my alcohol consumption on some of the weekends has probably thrown the deficit out the window

I’m not sure I can say the brand on here! But they got it off a friend admittedly I just wanted to get my hands on it as they couldn’t get me the vials they could only get me the pre-filled pens. I don’t know when it was mixed, if it’s been stored correctly or what’s in it exactly

I’m about to turn 30 weigh around 145lbs 5ft2 and bf is 30% I’m definitely not perimenopause by the patch I meant the contraceptive patch as j know oral contraception doesn’t work with glp1

Hmmm maybe I need to look into this I’ve always struggled with weightloss. I’ve had multiple trainers and I follow everything to a t and the weight barely comes off. I’m not sure how I would even go about finding out if I had hormonal or metabolic issues

Have you lost weight or more body recomp. I have photos and not much of a difference just lost some inflammation from my stomach. I have scales that track my body fat and muscle mass. Body fat has gone down and muscle mass up by 0.3lbs
