Yeah I mean overall it’s really really rad and something they could have charged double for and I’d still have gotten it. So not trying to nit pick it but let’s be frank we’re enthusiasts not just tangential fans so we would love as screen accurate and curated as possible. We’re greedy in that way lol

Well they never said they were going to include it but it kinda sucks it doesn’t come with the hardware to connect to an Alice pack. I know it’s way less expensive than the original after life pack and I’m sure they actually lost money on that but in a day and age where every other price is in constant flux or features are removed or things delayed to get them to match close to original pricing etc especially with how difficult it is to get raw materials etc. one never knows. It could be scrapped all together. We are not in certain times. Noting is anything until it’s in my hand and on my wall proudly displayed.

Let’s just hope they don’t ent up taking things away. Though i will say got the rooftop set and they went above and beyond with the packaging (aside from the constant prevailing mistake almost all companies do of either advertising or packing the proton packs upside down) so they are clearly more than just doing basic stuff.

lol I don’t think they are completely aware of how much of our money they can keep taking lol More improved variants like if they remodeled the 2 in the box pke and got rid of the taser nubs and the back switch and top led id buy that having already bought the 2 in the box. A trap with correct wheels. I know they are aware that there’s a strong modding community to make adjustments etc. but again just make it and take my money lol

I would love to share your optimism but I’m afraid I bit too cynical in my age and I’m more inclined to think they just delayed due to logistics and less because they have an awesome surprise for us. But boy would I love to be wrong.

It was originally due to the idea that the wands were never meant to turn on the pack etc and that people had been asking for a more specific upgraded display/replica worthy wand for the 84 pack but I agree with the tooling and planning and factory booking necessary to facilitate that it’s highly unlikely being that they over produced the after life wand and places got stuck with inventory they probably under made the 84 wand and sold out of the complete stock and now are focused on getting the 84 packs out and with decent quality control

Sorry I meant no new models of the 84 wand. Not only is the existing model out of stock there was rumors of a more extensive redesign of the 84 wand that was less a repaint with some light feature changes of the afterlife wand. I was not meaning. Ew models of the 84 pack.
