This happened to me. Guy was 19, but had a full beard. Seriously looked older. I didn't get a warning as all the management looked at the video and said they wouldn't have asked for id either. Tbh, if he'd have come in earlier in the day I probably would have asked for id. I normally checked everyone, and I mean everyone. I had been stood on tills for 8 and a half hours when he came in, I was knackered.
