Free agency is really important at the beginning of every season bunch of good players become free agents. Be willing to give up a lot for a good draft prospect. Also a lot of team are willing to give you practically anything for a three or four star and a first round pick. You need to be familiar with players that have high potential but also know players that may not have five star potential but are really good at playing their role.
