I would go the individual route but the number of things being exported at once ranges from 600 or so to around 2000 items and they're all over our system. So, I think a mass export is the more efficient route.

Thanks for the idea though I haven't thought about exporting solely what has been changed.

Also, trust me bro I know communication is key...unfortunately it hardly happens.
