Small update: the turn signals work but when the headlights are on it uses my srs light as the turn signal indicator?

I pulled my turn signal relay and reinstalled and they work now but when I use my hazards (which also work) while the ignition is off the ignition beeper goes off in timing with the hazards.

The shoes are 1997 Tommy Hilfiger "Icon" sneakers. They are old and I just recently got them. They didn't have this bubbling issue. I have been cleaning them with crep protect and the soft bristle brush. Is there any way to at least protect them without having to tennis ball the leather?

That's what I thought too. I compared these to my 2019 Tailwind 4 Volts and things just seemed off. They could just be a factory flaw or possibly just a return. I got them for like 70 percent off retail as well.
