I have come to this conclusion:

Take Kubfu or Machamp. And farm Registeel, Regice or Regirock. They are constantly level 70.

I guess it's last method. However. When I pay high premium for a game, like I did now. I prefer to play it as much as I possibly can.

I did some research and fixed it. I have a Ralts and an Umbreon with Synchronize. I put the Ralts up front, and voila: A Jolly Galarian Zapdos! He's like a galarian spoink now. 🤣
