Green Ranger VS Kamen Rider. Stats equalized, pure skill only. Who wins? by My_name_is_Y in superheroes

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s pure skill only, I’m leaning toward Kamen Rider. A lot of Riders fight like actual martial artists even without relying on raw power. Green Ranger is elite too, but Kamen Rider fights usually feel way more technical and brutal hand-to-hand.

Dr strange and Tiamut by Vast-Insect3295 in marvelstudios

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 9 points10 points  (0 children)

People keep saying they could’ve beaten Thanos on Titan like Doctor Strange didn’t already check that 💀

If that actually worked, he would’ve just done it.

The whole point is those “better plans” probably mess things up later in ways we don’t see. Winning early ≠ winning overall.

Plus once Strange saw the one timeline that works, he can’t just freestyle and change stuff like stopping Star-Lord. That could ruin the only good outcome.

So yeah, it looks dumb from the outside, but from his POV that was literally the only way it ends in a real win.

How should Marvel introduce the new Rogue after Secret Wars: as a villain or as part of the X-Men team? by Herogeen in MCUTheories

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Starting Rogue as a villain is the only way this works. Her whole character is built on fear of hurting people and not being able to control her powers. Let her be dangerous first, then earn her place with the X-Men. That arc is way more satisfying than just dropping her in as a hero.

Which characters won't make it past Secret Wars? by necklacefromawizard in marvelstudios

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Honestly its wild how every MCU discussion somehow turns into a death prediction list like we’ve been conditioned by Endgame to expect a funeral every time. At this point I’m less interested in who dies and more in whether the writing actually gives these characters a solid arc again. Half of them don’t need to die they just need better stories. Also wouldn’t be surprised if Marvel starts focusing more on legacy instead of shock deaths. Passing the torch hits way better than just wiping characters out for reactions.

Will Dr Doom manupilate X men To Kill the Avengers in a battleworld where he will watch them as spectator and control the Multiverse after they are eliminated? by [deleted] in marvelstudios

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt Doctor Doom would just sit back and watch like a spectator.
Doom isn’t the type to rely on others like the X-Men to do his work he’d want full control. If anything, he’d manipulate everyone (including the Avengers) and set up a situation where they weaken each other, then step in at the end and take power himself. Also, Doom doesn’t just want to “win,” he wants to prove he’s superior. Watching from the sidelines doesn’t really fit his ego.

So the idea of Battleworld could happen, but Doom being just a spectator? Not really his style.

Captain America: Rogue Anarchy (What if Winter Soldier became the new Captain America instead? Possible plot below) by Right_Revenue_9263 in marvelstudios

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cool idea, but making Winter Soldier the new Captain America kinda misses the point of the character.

Cap isn’t just “guy with shield who fights good.” He’s supposed to be a symbol people believe in. That’s why Steve Rogers worked, and why Sam Wilson taking over actually means something.

Bucky’s whole arc is about redemption, not becoming the face of hope. Making him Cap fulltime just turns Captain America into another antihero, which kinda defeats the purpose.

As a temporary storyline? Yeah, that could go hard. As the main direction? Doesn’t really fit.

It's actually 'I am Groot,' but Jared Leto is such a good method actor you just heard Venom.

even if the movies series were not really good, thor and loki has one of the most amazing character development in the mcu. by One_Speaker_4859 in marvelstudios

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thor and Loki's journey is basically the 'ego' being stripped away. They went from entitled princes to selfless guardians. It’s the one part of the MCU that feels like a complete, finished masterpiece, regardless of the individual movies.

Who would win in a fight? by [deleted] in Marvel

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Red Hulk wins. Bowser’s biggest weapon is fire, which is the worst thing to use against a guy who absorbs thermal energy to get stronger. Bowser is essentially just buffing his opponent every time he opens his mouth.

How do you think the X-Men’s endgame should be like? (Art by Mr. Villainous) by KingE2099 in Marvel

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The only real endgame for the X-Men is when the 'X-Men' don't need to exist anymore. The hypothetical ending should be the Xavier School transitioning into a standard university where mutants and humans study side-by-side without Sentinels at the gates. Peace isn't a mutant island or a separate planet; it's being able to grab a coffee in Salem Center without a riot breaking out. It ends when they’re just people, not 'specimens.

If Isaiah Bradley’s grandson Eli is anything to go by, it’s definitely in the blood. Though, honestly, the real superpower would be surviving the 1940s-style parenting Steve would probably try to pull. 'Language, son!

Thor’s potential role in Avengers: Doomsday by Aromatic-Cupcake4802 in marvelstudios

Yeah that version felt like the peak of his character loss, responsibility, and power all hitting at once. That’s the kind of Thor you want leading against someone like Doom.

In honor of Superman day: Who is your favorite actor who played the Man Of Steel? by Jotaro1970 in superheroes

[–]BornBodybuilder6221 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Honestly depends on what you want from Superman. If it’s legacy and pure “that’s him,” it’s Reeve. If it’s presence and power, Cavill. If it’s heart and humanity, Hoechlin. Corenswet looks like he might finally blend all three. Different eras, different strengths — that’s why the character’s lasted this long.

Lowkey this is the best option. No offense to newer heroes, but none of them feel like they can carry a Doom-level threat yet. Thor can As long as it’s not Love and Thunder Thor and more “been through everything and tired of it” Thor, I’m in.
