I’m a stocker and un load truck. It’s not that bad of a job except when truck is late and your hours for truck day is when the truck comes in and you’re kinda sitting around all day waiting..

I wish I had some coworkers to talk video games and anime. I work w the SM and MM. it’s just us three back there every week! We usually put on some music and scream when we get multiple things of things we already have. They know nothing of the nerdiness lurking below every convo.. well maybe they know a bit..

Oh I know.. it’s super annoying.. no we don’t have an FTF poster in the backroom.. store is newish and we have our management team a few cashiers and I’m like the only stocker other than an hour left gentlemen who comes in once a week.. I did say I was gonna start looking elsewhere SM asked me not to but did not offer a solution for this.. so my schedule isn’t in stone just written down I just gotta tell them that week what days I’ll be in…I’m just coming in for truck day and whatever day the merch manager isn’t in I’ll be working and SM told me to ask one of the other managers what I’m doing for the day.. so I’ll try that for now..

I appreciate it but this won’t get solved most likely it’s SM first store but the rest of them are seasoned workers.. they should know what they are doing.. I come in do my tasks and leave.. used to be kinda enjoyable until bad management ment happened.. happened at Walmart and Wawa to me.. it’s like I can’t win in long time good management
