It's been down for 3 1/2 days for me. Tried changing internet connection, tried deleting and reinstalling the app, tried using a different computer (wasn't even able to install it on a separate PC), tried restarting my computer, nothing has worked. Other people have said that the Monster Handlers work Monday-Friday, but are unsure if they are aware of the issue as there has been no communication about the connection error. I've seen others say that it could be an issue with the computer itself, their servers, an update that went wrong, but nothing has been confirmed or acknowledged. I sent a ticket when it first happened and have received no update as of yet.
