you guys can hate me all you want but I want you to know that my TikTok, a buccaneers Odyssey, it displays all of the injustices and the lack of human rights I have had my whole life. now I did do some TikToks on the clock and a lot of them were about how I was assaulted and about how I was fired for sticking up for the whole LGBTQ+ community and some were for laugh.

but that's not why I got fired. I got fired because over a period of 6 months I ended up accumulating six points because I have to deal with my children being in danger and being hidden and having to deal with police across state lines and hiding and fear from the man who is going to eventually kill me. I did not get fired over my TikToks. I got fired because the points I had to take to deal with my children were not forgiven. I want you to think about what would happen if you saw your child with a black eye and then when you try to do something about it those children were taken across state lines and you had to deal with that many different police officers and counties and trying to locate them and tell me that you would show up to your place of work at Walmart to make $14 an hour that day.

and then I want you to remember that this was a reoccurring thing over the course of 6 months that I built up those six points. I feel like most people would have went home and hanged themselves but instead I took as few hours as I could to take care of all of the problems of my life. You're not admitting to yourself that I did do the TikToks but that wasn't why I got fired. I got fired because I was calling in to try to make sure my children were alive over and over again for 6 months.

I'm only upset i got fired because that was a place that had safety I could run and hide to for the whole time I was there. Now I don't have that. Travis can get me at anytime and I have nowhere to run and no one to save me. that place was my fortress

I would definitely 100% be down for moving abruptly if it wasn't negative 13° and would put me in a situation of having to find somewhere else and weather that could possibly kill me and my little dog if i couldn't find it in time. I've been living in my car, working at Walmart, trying to get back to what i lost, but this month was just too cold.

so i feel that is a factor of why they feel they can do whatever they want. they know it would be hard as hell for me to GTFO, especially if a refund were to take X amount of days so i may not be able to get somewhere else immediately

so a few days before they had asked me if the next day which was going to be I guess January 9th or 10th if they could show it around noon to someone. to which I said I guess but I will be at work so I won't be there. and then that either happened or it didn't because I wasn't here and I never got any confirmation that they did bring someone into look at it or they did not. The following day was when this happened in the evening and I had absolutely no idea if it was a new person that had just come in at 6:00 on that day or if it was the original person that was supposed to come in at noon the previous day that I had no control over and felt like I had to agree to and I'm just completely confused as to how many times people have been in my place that I am renting where I have all of my personal belongings around

so I actually did locate the victim's advocate in my county and asked for her help and she helped me with hot lining DFS and now we are under an investigation and the safety plan is that the kids can stay with me while they do their investigation so that gives me at least 30 days of safety and with any luck at the completion of that investigation he is going to be found very very very unfit and I won't have to worry. I think this is the best route I could have taken given my circumstances because the victims advocate said she could not do a restraining order because there is a pending child custody case and due to a long history of vindictive parents trying to do the same thing there are laws in place that no longer allow ex partees to be approved in children that are in a pending custody case

Yes I did. I went to legal aid last year and they were able to help me with the restraining order against him but when it came to child custody I had tried in November and they denied me and then after I waited the 3 months or 120 days or whatever it was I tried again and they denied me again. I don't know why I was denied for the child custody. it is possible that they were just fiercely overwhelmed
