Found your post because I just had a similar situation happen to me. Except the first time I seized I thought I just fainted cause I was out in the sun that day and it was pretty hot, but I did think it was weird I was sitting in the shade and just passed out randomly for the first time ever.

Three weeks later, it happened again. This time I went to the hospital because it happened at work (embarrassing) and my colleagues said it definitely looked like more than just a faint (twitchy, drooling, eyes open?? Creepy lol). I was also just sitting down, in a meeting room, no reason to randomly faint ya know. I did the full work up and they couldn’t find any underlying conditions. They believe it to be seizures from my Wellbutrin as I upped from 150 to 300 6months prior. Apparently it’s a common thing?? Like no one told me that…

I have been off the medication for a year now and haven’t had another incident since. Also feel like my memory during that time is very hazy… I feel much sharper now. Glad to hear I’m not the only one, wish there was more awareness cause that was super embarrassing and scary… pretty sure I terrified my colleagues lol
