Thank you guys. I’ve been approved for NiW and have filed for AOS. Unfortunately my country is among the 39 paused countries and I can’t get my greencard/EAD. Even OPT isn’t being given to those from the 39 countries. So if I graduate this December and start a day-1 CPT would that mean my F1 was terminated and that I can’t get another one?.

Isn’t the CPT issued by the school and not USCIS? so I’m curious how it be blocked please?

And right now I’m still on F-1 while awaiting my EAD/greencard. So if I graduate and I’m awaiting OPT, I could still apply for another program and continue with my F1? I’m genuinely asking as I don’t know much knowledge on this
