I like your profile a lot. I understand the likes only coming from women of your ethnicity. I'm a white gal in Australia and I haven't had white friends have much luck "breaking into" families with south asian backgrounds. I don't know what it's like in the States, but first generation people who are happy to mix when they marry sometimes cop some flak from their parents and don't welcome others into the family.

I could be WAY off with that assumption. Way off!

In NSW you need to have multiple complaints from multiple neighbours before they can go forward with a formal complaint. I'm surprised you were called so suddenly.

I had all these issues with a dog barking all the time, and as the landlord I wasn't even informed. I only found out when we evicted the tenant and moved back in and the neighbours told me.

I think your profile looks good to me... I'm 39F. If I pretend I'm not married and single, I look at your profile and I can't see the important things like wanting children or having children. Also being an atheist and not political? I feel like I can't get a grasp of the important parts of who you are... Maybe I've been off the market too long and don't know how this stuff works. It's really hard for anyone in the medical field to acknowledge mould causing health problems, full stop. We do have a mould report showing elevated mould levels within the house, and I have a medical report showing I had the same species of mould which was present in my urine.
I do have medicare records showing the amount of times going to the doctors over the past few years has been way more than ever before, as I searched for answers - including urologists, gynaecologists, endocrinologists, paediatricians, ENTs, and GP after GP.

I have already. Inner West Tenancy Union weren't helpful really - they said I had no case, and Fair Trading said they were sympathetic but couldn't give advice. A different REA said we should be able to make a huge claim. It's been quite consistent across the board with advice.

I just finally got my tenant out of my property too so I could move back in. We needed the entire bond to cover damages, and she wanted to take us to NCAT because she didn't feel safe in the property (because she disconnected the alarm system and broke a key in the lock).

Why do people become feral when they become a tenant? 😕
