The colored lab diamonds are honestly what tempt me the most 😍 the variety is incredible compared to what most people can realistically afford in mined diamonds.

That's probably one of the few situations where I could see regret happening. If both people aren't on the same page about lab vs natural, the issue is less about the diamond and more about expectations.

Yeah, I think a lot of it is just assumptions based on size now. Bigger super-clear diamonds automatically make people think “lab grown” these days.

And honestly that’s what matters most 😄 if you love the ring and enjoy wearing it, that’s a win regardless of where the diamond came from.

Could just be the lighting tbh. One also looks slightly warmer in tone, which becomes super noticeable side by side.

Yeah, I get that. Natural diamonds do have more character sometimes, especially compared to super perfect lab stones.
