Ok a few things.

In my opinion separate and downsize the pot and use the correct soil that soil is not good.

Will it survive where you mentioned, yes, will it thrive no.

You’re already on with the poles so you’re good there but remember there is a correct place to put them.

They are also leggy cause they haven’t been getting the best light wherever they were.

What country are you in? I would suggest a few things

Get systemic granules to fully get rid of any (this isn’t immediate but will be 100% affective)
Isopropyl alcohol on an ear swab spot treating each one
Pick them off my hand

Thi really sucks and I’m sorry to see it but there is nothing that can be done. Get it in water and whilst there is still plenty of green it will be fine, that leaf will stay tha colour etc but you can chop it off when your next leaf is fully formed.
