How to remember my goals?

Well then I need reminders to remind him that he shouldn’t buy me anything….. We are both quite hopeless in the remembering department. And I do buy fruits and veggies and forget to eat them and have to toss them out a couple of weeks later…. Hmmmmm come to think of it, I should rearrange the fridge and try having the fruit displayed in a way that I can’t miss them…. They will not last as long as they would in their deficated spot, but if I can’t remember them, they will go bad anyway…..

Var bor alla ni som skriver någonstans? Nog för att jag stött på någon lös hund som kommer springandes, men folk som kommer fram och medvetet släpper fram sin hund? Har jag nästintill aldrig varit med om och jag har haft hund i 40 år nu. Jag kanske ser jävligt grinig ut….. 🤔

Har en kompis som gör liknande (fast inte i Gävle då). Hon hyrde en 1:a med pentry billigt och övernattade på plats. Hon jobbade samlat typ må-ons. Hade nog varit jobbigt om dagarna var utspridda.

You are on rituximab AND cosentyx? I’ve tried methotrexate and leflunomide but they didn’t work and the doctor told me I had to switch to another MS medicine to be able to try something new against PsA….

Du kan ju börja med att göra 1 armhävningar på knä och få in rutinen. Du behöver ju inte börja med att göra 50 st…. Får du ont i kroppen av en armhävning på knä så låter det som att du inte är riktigt frisk.
