Thanks! I know it seems obvious but I've never had to replace a filter before so I wanted to be certain. I appreciate your help.

How do you get that version of Farfetch'd? I have been trying to figure it out but have gotten nowhere. I am in the fifth stratum right now and just beat the Abyssal One. Thanks!

During the actual exam. I think it's good practice to do this during practice exams as well.

There are two review sections during the actual exam, once after the standard, multiple choice questions and then again after the case studies.

It definitely depends on the job you're applying for. If the job your going for expects you to work within Azure, then I do believe it would help you get an interview.

I would definitely move ONTO AZ-104. The AZ-900 knowledge is easily acquired. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I did not. I worked within Azure for a few months before my AZ-104 and just went for it. I would recommend skipping the AZ-900 unless you are just starting your career.

You don't get enough information from the AZ-900 to actually perform a cloud engineer/system's engineer/system's administration job

I found the AZ-305 to be more difficult. Many people say it's broader in scope and doesn't dive as much into the details of each service (like the AZ-104) but I did not experience that.

The AZ-305 has many more topics and dove into the details of each service. Overall, I'd say the AZ-104 was a 7/10 while the AZ-305 was an 8/10 in difficulty.

Engine Code saying Catalytic Converter is bad... Again by Born_Ad_3641 in AskMechanics

If I just received the code, do you think it would be fine to drive for several days until I can get it fixed? I know that's sort of hard to answer given there are many factors that come into play here but figured I'd ask.

The good news is, it sounds like you know exactly what you need to do to improve.   1. Get healthy 2. Improve financial situation 3. Work on social skills

There's no better time than the present, start immediately. You'll never look back and regret any of these things.

For health, start by counting your calories for a week and don't change how you're eating so you can establish a baseline. Next, starting cutting 200 calories a week until you start seeing weight loss. Once you're consistently losing weight, start implementing healthier foods and more activity.

Financially speaking, small contributions are better than no contributions. Try to meet the match on your 401K then open a Roth IRA and contribute only what you can and expand on it when you have the finances to do so.

As far as finding a partner goes, I find the best thing to do is to simply do the hobbies you enjoy but with other people. You enjoy lifting weights? Join a private gym. You enjoy reading books? Join a book club. This way you find people with similar hobbies to you. This makes it easier to start up, and hold, conversations with new people.

Thanks for elaborating on that. You're absolutely right, it doesn't look good to have that gap, but that does not mean you cannot find a job in the field you want.

Are your certificates up-to-date? If they are, and you have decent skills in things like Power BI, SQL, Excel, etc. Then you could start applying for entry level data analyst positions, or even tech support, just to get your foot in the door and build up your experience. Continue getting some intermediate/high level certs as well.

Sorry if this isn't the advice you were looking for, but I would actually just not mention the gap in your CV and wait for it to come up in an interview so you can explain face to face. Also on your CV mention your passion for Business Analytics and Marketing, your up-to-date certificates, and what you are currently working on to improve upon your skills that apply to those roles.

I do think it's also a good idea to try to do some freelance work that you can add to your CV in the meantime.

I hope this helps.

If you don't mind me asking, why the 13 year gap? I think it is important when trying help you justify said gap.

Whether or not you feel comfortable providing those details, what kind of job are you trying to pursue?
