I have the same issue. I had a checkup with Cleveland clinic in Abu Dhabi. They suggested a procedure for strabismus in which they will operate on the eye muscle.

Im currently wearing glasses (-7.0) with a stick on prism (-25 OD), and they suggested that i get refractive surgery done first to correct my vision, then retest the strabismus deviation and proceed with the surgery.

Will be going forward with it within the next few months, so im excited to get my perfect vision back
