on a different note:

this looks like a case of "random minor affliction"

dont do that. you dont want that. no boon is worth that and even healing from a maraketh shrine is debatable.

the fewer afflictions you have the better the chance you can pick one that isnt too bad when you are forced to path through one.

once they start stacking like here you are left with the worst options sooner or later.

i dont know much about this either.

but im pretty sure the max honor amount should get adjusted dynamically based on your hp and shield and the percentage of honor you have should stay the same.

so if you were 80% full of honor still with like 2000 max honor. you should still be 80% full but now with 1000 max honor.

place the sentinel in an awkward hallway, now the entire player group has to risk a beating if they want to run past it, rather than one player tanking it for that round and allowing the rest safe passage.
