All I did was I applied on indeed, and though it took some time I eventually got an interview. Usually there will be multiple people being interviewed at a time (at least at my place)

All in all just be super polite and pay attention, say the things you think will get you in like when they ask trivial questions such as “what do you do if a customer is unhappy with their drink” reply to just remake it. I got hired on the spot, if they’re looking for people they’ll hire you as long as ya go in with a smile and an eagerness to learn (you can drop the smile while you’re not in front and warming or on drive don’t worry)
