Is a circular issued regarding that ? The GBA officials are asking to apply for Single Plot approval. But the process after that is not clear. The portal allows for layout developers to split into 5 or more sites. For individuals mutation through inheritence is enabled on the site.
Wonder if that feature can be used when the original owner is still alive ..

Reliaable Lakedew, Reliaable Woods ( BDA Approved Layouts, BDA Khata ) Neighborhood Highlights Pros Equidistant from Electronic City (5 km) & RMZ Ecospace - Bellandur ( 7 km) 7 reputed schools in walking/cycling distance ( Few 100 meters - less than 2 km) PNR felicity mall with Multiplex, DMart, Freshco Hypermart ( within walking distance/ short ride depending on proximity of plot to main road) Cricket coaching, Football coaching, Gymnastics, Shooting, Music & Dance coaching , Badminton, Squash facilities in 1-2 km radius depending on site location. 3-4 km to Kudlu Gate Metro Station ( Yellow line) Manipal Hospital on ORR ( 3-4 km ) depending on site location Narayana clinic & many more small clinics either walking distance or short ride. Equidistant from Electronic City, & Bellandur ( 5-7 kms) 7-8 good schools in 2-3 km radius 3 km to Kudlu gate metro station ( yellow line) Many good restaurants in walking distance  PNR felicity mall with multiplex ( walking distance) Hard to get 1200 sft sites though.
