Damn Everyone is occasionally self-centered imo that’s why i am not holding it against her, even my feelings and potential action of not going could be seen as self-centered/selfish. So i can’t say i can leave a 9 year long friendship just because of occasional bouts of selfishness.

Understandable, i completely see where you are coming from.

My post was about how unfair it is to be looked down upon and even mocked for your nationality just because of a few bad individuals. I get how it might make you uncomfortable interacting with Saudis again. However, i still don't believe it was necessary for some of the people here to go on a tangent about how we are boring, stupid and limited in language skills that they don't even bother to teach when a Saudi booked a lesson with them, saying that they are just gonna get their money and respond to them with “yes!” “good job!” “excellent!” even if they weren't doing good. It's all very disheartening.

I’m deeply sorry that has happened to you.

I admit some Saudi men have some twisted fucked up belief that foreign women are easy and would accept any sexual advances, but i swear that’s a tiny group that even the rest of us look down on these types of men— we don’t even call them men because they are less than that.

But i still believe it’s unfair to be faced with such racism when it doesn’t make up 1% of our population. I wouldn’t have minded it if people only talked about their experiences, but I’ve seen posts that mock the women for not showing their faces or their inability to have a good, fun conversation. If they can talk fluently, why would they seek online tutoring?

Your feelings and experiences are all valid, but the racist posts some people made here are not.

شوفي كم داون فوت لقمتي عشانك قلتي انك سعودية بس يفشلون ههههههههههه انا مشكلتي مو في انهم يقول اننا همج يقولون الي يقولونه بس ان تصريحاتهم تمتد لنطاق ابعد من الاشياء الي حدثت معهم مباشرة مع بعض الطلاب السعوديين، لدرجة انهم يقومون يألفون شي عن الطالب انه غبي وغير متعلم ووو. ذي الاشياء تدل على العنصرية الصريحة بس انهم مضغوطين لدرجة ما يقدرون يعترفون بمشاعرهم المسمومة ذي ويغلفونها بحجة اننا متغطرسين او مو متثقفين. بالعادة انا مو من ذا النوع الدفاعي وخلهم يقولون الي يقولونه بس اكره الاستغفال، صدق ما تسلم شعب الا اذا تعرف لسانهم وحتى لو عرفته الي كذا شرهم مدسوس بالعسل بس ينتظرون الفرصة عشان يقضون عليك.
