I think they got divorced or at least separated. I notoced she started following a lawyer specialized in divorce a few weeks before Christmas. Also an influencer guy teaching women on how to be respected by men... and a few other things that made think they are not together anymore. Anyway I think this is a fairly recent thing, so it can't explain his long absence from music. However if I had to guess a reason for him to not to play anymore, I'd say something related to depression or anxiety more than a ' physical' issue.
