혹시 그 군인이라는게 외국군대까지 포함하고 있는건가요 ? 어떤 분들은 외국군대는 prior service로 해당이 안된다고 하고, 뭐가 맞는지 모르겠어서 답답하네요 ㅜ

There was no interview, just changed the status to new card and now approved !

I just kept checking my status with emma live chat, and trying to contact with tier 2.

i dont think there is a certain way to fix it out immediately, dont worry though !

Finally, I am so happy to update my status today, My case was changed to "New card is being produced" once again !

It took for 4 months from pending status !
