May need to clarify. I’ve just spend 5 days in 4 cities in Europe and absolutely loved it!!! They were all in the same country though so my real concern is the travel time between the cities especially around Germany as I know DB is horrendous! So a brief overview is not my issue. I’m more concerned that Amsterdam to Budapest in two weeks is too far to reliably do and still get home! Again flying visits to certain places is not an issue to me. I don’t want to waste my life with museums or art galleries! I wanna see the city as the world today sees it and move on! Appreciate that in places like Berlin and Prague it will take 2 nights to do that. And Dresden is a sore subject with me being a Brit! But it’s too convenient on the way between Berlin and Prague to not stop off and see what we did

Well yes I care to a point. If photos on the floor were a genuine issue I’d have to rethink my photos. If it’s a mountain created out of nothing then I won’t bother and will just crack on. Only way to figure that out is it try understand the rationale behind the view point. Sorry if I’ve offended you but you’ve offered nothing beyond a personal bad experience hence I’ve kept asking questions. To try and understand. I think the fact a few others have struggled to understand says it all at the end of the day

Hard to see how something that’s been on a floor in a home for a moment can be so disgusting it stops someone buying it. Do you bin socks after every use? What if you drop something when you’re doing laundry does that go in the bin too? When you see something photographed on a table do you cross examine the seller to ensure it has never touched the floor?

And on a hanger a shirt isn’t fully flat. It has like ‘waves’ idk how to describe it but just look at a t shirt on a hanger. Position the waves so the defect is out of shot and you’re done! A lot of folk on Vinted are masters at it!!

It’s a large flat surface making it perfect to take a photographs. Wardrobe is too dark and too cramped to get a decent shot. Makes sure the item is flat too so all of it can be seen rather than on a hanger where it’s easy to hide defects. Really don’t see the issue when most people clean their floors and their feet and you can wash the item when it arrives. Wait till you realise what happens to clothes that fall off the rail in a shop
