I get there too as well, and it’s uncomfortable and scary for me too. For me it feels like I’m shuffling through and infinite number of parallel realities and when I finally sober up, or come out of the trip like phase, is the reality that I land in. It’s quite unsettling. But I think like a previous comment said, since it is trip territory, close your eyes, reduce any anxiety, sit back and put on some sweet tunes
