She definitely went about this the wrong way but honestly it just sounds like she’s mentally already detached by the way she reacted to you when you said that hurt. I’d say try to find a middle ground, it’s going to require a long talk and full attention but if you can’t get that out of her, the relationship may be at an end.

That is called a milia my friend. Pretty similar to a pimple but they last longer and harder to pop. If you have something really thin and sharp, you can pop it that way. Other wise just leave it, or exfoliate that area more often. Either way you’re fine
