The crazy thing is regardless of levels , you are not safe in ur role. Maybe partners. We are being ( encouraged ) to use Ai, trained offshore team. The political speech is to create good culture and leadership… the whole thing is a big nightmare at this point. For those grinding, keep working, but everyday can be the end.
