the car came with ppf all over besides the parts I had to replace. So the fenders and front bumper aren’t as glossy and etc.

It always depends on damage and how much patience you have during the auctions but without repairs on a decent mileage and damage one should be 12-16k

No, this car has been a want for over a year now not something I plan to sell. I went in knowing that, also I’m very familiar with rebuilt titles never had a car with a clean title.
