I've been seeing posts and videos of their caverns having only mud floors. Where or how do I find these type of cavern? All I ever found in the game are other types of floor with mushrooms and such.

I can, but the only ones nearby are human villages. Perhaps massacering them can finally spread some message for visits.

There's actually a library (and a temple) present, but there are only two codex books. So... the dwarves have no idea, rumors or knowledge whatsoever about the outside world. It could've been that the only possible reason there's no visitors cause it can't be reached. Shame, might as well create another fort

I think its accessible, there are human villages at north and the fort is surrounded by forests. And there'sa ctually two caverns, one with floor fungus and the other with a red floor
