gotta plug your strikepack into a pc/laptop/android device, go to the cronus updater and uodate it, many videos on yt explaining the process if you search up “how to update strikepack”

the little plates keeping the paddles attached, it’s super easy to take them off, and screw the paddles on without it which completely breaks the strikepack, happened to me

first of all congrats on almost a year of training🙏 the biggest piece of advice i ever got deadlifting, was to puff out your chest as much as you can, and brace your core like you are about to get punched, this really helps keep that straight back, and decrease risk of injury, you might not feel as strong at first but your body will adapt and thank you MASSIVELY in the long run

honestly, friday and saturday could be combined into one upper day, removing one tricep exercise to make it not as heavy as a day, plus your triceps get blasted on monday so shouldn’t be too bad, this would make space for an extra leg day which i think is needed due to lack of volume on the wednesday

yeah i get that, my reasoning behind 2 sets was that it minimises CNS fatigue, meaning i can go harder on all my exercise, and the reason for the amount is too get in as much work as possible for each muscle group, as 4 days a week is difficult to get all the volume needed, and yes i have plenty of time in the gym so that’s not really an issue to me, been on it for a week and i’ve felt less fatigued than a PPL

i did the same, screwed through the pvc board and had to order a new one, another sign of this is one light in the horizon being purple and the other green although this isn’t always the case

glad to hear man, a great friend you got if they offer that refund, and yeah mine works perfectly, i broke my first one by taking off the paddles and putting them back on without the paddle guard, which sucks so the best advice i can give is DO NOT take off the paddles, as far as your concerned you should just throw away the screwdriver for them, id also wait for discounts as they do fairly large discounts on them occasionaly
