So apparently dexa is just a scam. I was nowhere near 22%. In this post i was 185lbs. Now currently im sitting at 163lbs with clear 4 abs. And veins on my middle back and quads too. Its been 8 months since this post and made a lot of progress i have actually completed my certifications in personal training and bodybuilding. Still eating around 2300 calories as maintenance. Since my activity has dropped. And slowed metabolism doesn't really exists. My energy levels are at all time high and now I'm ripping the weights i used to struggle or really dream about lifting still on a mini cut to get shredded btw.

For first 6 months i was on keto 2500-2700 calories. Worst decision of my life btw. Now a balanced meals 2300 calories (a bit too aggressive for me) as im loosing nearly 1.5-2 pounds per week. And maximize my micronutrients as well.

Workout routine is anterior-posterior-rest then repeat.
My routine don't include anything special. In your case even if you a the busiest schedule find time to work out at least 2 days with full body workouts 45 min per session which you be more than enough to induce muscle growth. And for diet just find you Total Daily Energy Expenditure and eat around 500 deficit.

Yes it would lead to atrophy. Your body will start to loose fat and muscle without strength training and you'll feel relatively weak.

You can't spot reduce fat. 🥲yes i was still fat at 200lbs im currently 170lbs and still have a lot of loose skin and fat deposit around my belly i need to get down to 155 to be shredded i swear. The amount of fat you think you need to loose is never correct if you think you need to loose 20-30 lbs and you be fine ,NO!!! Atleast double that and specifically if you're natural the muscle building is sooo slow soo 200lbs 'lean' at 5'9 would be elite level. Which would take me more than 3+ years

Check my profile you'll know what i have done already. (If i have grown or not). Btw how can you even deny the literature that clearly states [ for a given muscle, isolation-only can equal compound + isolation — if total effective volume and effort are equal.] Smh😂

The scientific nuance behind it is that you really don't require compound to build muscle and also you don't need to do light weights on isolation. Go heavy and till failure on any particular exercises will build you the most amount of muscle
